When you register for membership, The High Desert Labrador Retriever Club collects home and email addresses, phone numbers and other personally identifiable data when such data is voluntarily submitted to the Club. This information enables us to better serve your needs, to send updates on our activities and other programs we believe may be of interest to our members, to allow our members to contact other members, to allow for mailing of our club newsletters, and to allow more effective communications and provide participants with information about Labrador related issues. All such information is collected and stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data.

The High Desert Labrador Retriever Club makes every effort to insure our collection and transmission of sensitive information is done in a manner that insures privacy to our members.

The High Desert Labrador Retriever Club has a firm commitment to the privacy of our members, and does not sell or otherwise disclose member information outside the organization with one exception; If you become a member of the The High Desert Labrador Retriever Club, some information on our membership lists, such as your name and address, may be exchanged with other Specialty clubs for the purpose of mailing Specialty premium lists only.
